Throughout your workday, you’ll do more than just press buttons. You’ll manage your mood, because without a clear head, productivity collapses and autopilot won’t save you. Balance three core pillars: work (Journey days), social life (Events), and personal upgrades, from meditation sessions to cosmetics that won’t fix your life but might make it feel a little better.

Between coffees (some days you get bad coffee) and dinners with coworkers, spa getaways on holidays, and decisions that seem small but weigh heavily, The Good Worker offers an experience that is as absurd as it is real. Every click adds money but also fatigue and stress. Every improvement helps, but it's never enough.

With a humorous tone and direct criticism of the current work model, the game invites you to reflect while you play: is it worth sacrificing everything to go to work? How much is your time really worth? And your mental health?
